April 20  Major League Baseball suspended Max Scherzer for violation on prohibitions of foreign substances. The suspension is for 10 games and Max will not appeal it.

April 19  Max Scherzer got ejected from the game today after the umpires found illegal substances in his glove and on his hands. Max swears it is only rosin and alcohol which are allowed.

April 17  Brett Baty was promoted from Syracuse and Tim Locastro was put on the Injured List.

April 16  According to reports the Mets are calling up Brett Baty.

April 15  Jimmy Yacabonis and Jose Butto were called up from Syracuse. Stephen Nogosek was put on the Injured List and Denyl Santana was designated for assignment.

April 6  Francisco Alvarez was promoted from Syracuse replacing Omar Narvaez.

April 4   Denryl Reyes was called up from Syracuse replacing Tommy Hunter.
