are; the Mets will play 60 games, 10 games against 4 divisional rivals and 4
games against 5 American League East opponents. There will be an universal DH, this means no pitchers batting, and less
strategy. Also when a game goes into extra innings,
each half inning automatically starts with a runner at 2nd base for
each team.
The Mets signed
their 1st round draft pick, Pete Crow-Armstrong to a slot value
contract worth $3.359 million dollars.
JUNE 23 Baseball is coming back! Major
League Baseball and the players union have agreed to play the 2020 season with

July 1. The season was delayed and
shortened due to the Coronavirus Pandemic that paralyzed the world. Hopefully the season will go uninterrupted.

order hitter and a magician outfielder.
JUNE 10 Major League Baseball and Major
League Baseball Players Association are negotiating to come up with some sort
of a season in 2020. The owners want the players to take additional pay cuts
and about 50-70 games, while the players want more games with no pay cuts. If
both sides can’t make a deal, Commissioner Rob
